This blog documents the (mostly Mexican) food adventures and errant ramblings of an environmentally conscious veg*n (with the occasional rant from my favorite Wet Blanket). My goal is to live a more sustainably, locally, environmentally and socially conscious life. Living lower on the food chain and being conscious in one's daily activities does wonders in righting the wrongs of the current system and treading more lightly on the Earth.
